Hey, neighbor! Please make sure to get your vote in on our annual dues. All residents were sent a letter outlining a request to increase our annual dues due to rising costs, which will allow us to maintain our beautiful community and avoid a decrease in services. This would be the first increase to our annual dues in a decade.
The letter contained budget information and instructions on how to vote by mailing in your proxy card or providing it in person during our Special Meeting on Sunday, January 29, at 7pm at Liberty Township Hall (the NEW building at 7802 Liberty Road N, Powell, next to the YMCA on the west side of Liberty Road)
